PROJECTS - Frontline Maintenance Management System Setups

As a former employee of Shire Systems Debbie is delighted to be able to work with this team again. Occasionally, when projects cannot be handled internally, Shire Systems refer their clients to Debbie.

Entering data into maintenance management systems like Frontline is Debbie’s speciality. Clients often compliment Debbie for her ability enter data quickly in a manner where categorising assets for good quality analysis is always a priority.

Sparsholt College Hampshire (www.sparsholt.ac.uk)
Debbie selected and implemented a computerised maintenance management system for the colleges’ two campuses. This initially included selecting a range of systems to present to the Premises Manager. On selection the preferred system was set up and the Premises team were trained with bespoke training material. The use of electronic hand held devices was rolled out to reduce the amount of paper generated work orders.

Computerised Data Management Centre – Dunstable
Although Debbie is unable to identify this client on her web site, the Supervisor of the maintenance is happy to talk to anyone who would like to discuss this Frontline implementation project. This site is part of a critical business function and cannot be shut down. There are over 300 assets with associated tasks and was set up in two days.

Warburtons – Family Bakers (www.warburtons.co.uk)
Warburtons in North London was a relatively new site, which had been using a mix of maintenance management systems. This project improved the systems performance, by consolidating fragmented data for maintenance, repairs and stock control split into a single system and training the Engineering team on how to use the software.
