With around 30 years’ experience in the maintenance sector, Debbie has a “Swiss army knife” of skills at her disposal. She is a Chartered Manager and qualified in health and safety having obtained the National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health (NEBOSH) Certificate, so you can be sure full compliance and best practices are followed.

System Selection
Debbie can select the best solutions that fit your team.  Having set up over 50 systems, she can draw on methods from a wide variety of industries and has knowledge of many CMMS systems so can reduce the amount of time searching for the right one for you.

System Implementation
With your service level agreements, key performance indicators and bosses demands in mind, Debbie can set your CMMS system data to easily deliver the information to monitor your teams performance.

System Training           
As part of your system implementation programme Debbie can train your team using bespoke training guides with your own data shown in examples and your own processes built into the learning.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Relocations           
Whether you are moving people around in existing offices, or moving to a new building then dealing with the people can be a headache.  Debbie can plan the relocations, handle all communications to staff and internal departments and manage the removals labour.

Refurbishments           
Debbie can manage small works projects such as an office refurbishment.  She will manage all aspects of the project including removing or installing partition walls, small electrics, heating, ventilation, air, water and waste services, redecorating walls, floors and ceilings.

Management Review
Debbie can review any element of the Maintenance Managers scope of responsibility, so if something needs a bit of attention and you don’t have time to do it, just ask!  Whether it’s installing temporary buildings or reviewing your waste management systems, Debbie’s experience in your field is available to give a helping hand.

Debbie, a trained internal auditor, uses personally developed techniques that are simple and commended by external quality auditors.
