Debbie project managed the relocation of 200 people into the new Mercedes-Benz Technology Centre. This project was complicated by the need to keep all departments running all of the time. Arrangements were made to move and install the equipment 50% at a time, enabling continuity on the old site whilst the new site was set up.
Finding room for the furniture, whilst leaving room to start laying it out and allowing the builders to continue finishing other sections of the building, could have been a headache. However, a bit of planning and good communication ensured nothing was delayed.
